Oktoberfest is a two week long festival held every year in Bavaria, Germany. This year the official Oktoberfest dates are September 19 – October 4, 2009. Are you looking for decorations to use for an Under the Sea party? Then you need to checkout the New Underwater Insta-Theme wall decorations. This versatile scene setter decoration will transform any wall into an underwater scene fill of bright coral, friendly tropical fish, and menacing sharks. You can create an underwater scene on almost any size wall from 4 feet tall to 10 feet tall.
